product overview
The ISGD type low-speed centrifugal pump (referred to as ISGD pipeline pump) is a low-speed product designed and manufactured based on the unique structural combination of pipeline centrifugal pumps, based on the ISG pipeline centrifugal pump type and referring to the performance parameters of IS type centrifugal pumps. The low-speed pipeline pump adopts advanced hydraulic models provided by domestic water pump experts, which are efficient, energy-saving, and reliable in performance, and are highly praised by domestic and foreign customers. The main characteristics of low-speed centrifugal pumps: The ISGD type low-speed centrifugal pump is equipped with a low-speed motor on the basis of the ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, which greatly reduces operating noise and extends the service life of vulnerable parts by multiple times. It is suitable for air conditioning circulation, heating circulation, and various end pressurization of circulation systems. The innovative design of the vertical structure reduces its footprint and space occupation, making it more convenient to use.
Main purpose
The ISGD low-speed centrifugal pump produced by Hongling Pump Valve Co., Ltd. is mainly used for chilled water, cooling water circulation and end pressurization in air conditioning systems, local or end pressurization circulation in urban heating systems, local constant pressure in urban building fire protection systems, and supporting various air conditioning hot water boilers.
working conditions
The high working pressure of pump systems with ISGD motors above 0.75kw is 1.6MPa, which means that the pump suction pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa. The static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5MPa, and the high working pressure of pump systems below 0.75kw is 0.8MPa.
Please specify the system working pressure when placing an order. If the pump system working pressure is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated during the order process, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
The medium of ISGD pump is cold and hot water or a liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to water, and the medium temperature does not exceed 120 ℃.
